In general, the return of the goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 “Protection of Consumer Rights”.
The return mechanism implies:

1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that they retain their presentation and packaging. To return, you must send a letter to the address indicated on the “Contacts” section.
2. The letter must indicate the order number and contact details of the Buyer.
   If the return is carried out due to inadequate quality of the goods, a photo confirming the marriage is required.
3. In case of return of material goods of inadequate quality, the seller pays the cost of shipping (return). The amount paid for the goods by the buyer is returned to the buyer in full.
4. In the case of a return of material goods of proper quality, the cost of shipping (return) is paid by the buyer. The amount paid by the buyer for the goods is returned to the buyer in full after the seller receives the goods.
